We would like to invite you to GO GREEN by sponsoring the 2008 Bella Blu Party with contributions to the Catawba Riverkeeper Foundation. Bella Lago is also putting together a raffle basket of Aveda products and donated gift certificates to raffle off. They are selling the raffle tickets for $10, the baskets will be valued over $1000 each. Through the month of April, Bella Lago will also be taking $13 donations for in exchange for a "BLU Hair Extension". Each extension that we put in will donate $10 toward the cause! In addition, they will be serving "Bella Blu-tini's" at their salon for an $8 donation. This is a blue martini and guest are allowed one each. Make your appointment at Bella Lago Salan and Spa today and show your support for the Catawba River!!!

Bella Blu PartyHow often do you stop to think about how long we will continue to have access to CLEAN WATER? It is of extreme importance that we understand in order to sustain plentiful, clean drinking water, safe recreation opportunities, and wildlife habitats then we must learn how to protect the clean water in our region. Bella Lago Salon & Spa along with Aveda are celebrating the Month of April “Earth Month” by raising money to support two, one local and one national, non-governmental organizations working to protect water quality, conserve water resources and make clean water accessible for everybody everywhere.

The Catawba Riverkeeper Foundation (CRF) advocates for and secures protection and enhancement of the Catawba River, its lakes (including Lake Norman), tributaries and watersheds. As you may know, the Catawba River provides drinking water to about 1.5 million people in the Carolinas and employment and recreation to many more. (http://www.catawbariverkeeper.org/)

The Gulf Restoration Network (GRN) works to protect and restore waters throughout the Gulf of Mexico that are critical to recreation, fisheries, wildlife habitat, and drinking water for a large portion of our country. Over 60% of the waterways in the U.S. empty into the Gulf of Mexico and all the pollution that these waterways collect on their way end up in the Gulf. (http://www.healthygulf.org/)

With this said Bella Lago Salon & Spa is supporting the sustainability of our “beautiful blue” clean water resources by hosting the 2008 Bella Blu Party. We would like to invite your business to GO GREEN by sponsoring the 2008 Bella Blu Party with contributions to our Earth Month partners.

The Bella Blu Party will be held at Club NV in Cornelius on April 30th, tickets to the party will be given out in exchange for a $20 donation towards the cause. At the party there will be a live music, a fashion/hair show, and free drinks. Raffle tickets will also be sold for an exclusive raffle package valued over $1000.00 (product donations for the raffle baskets would also be greatly appreciated) we’re expecting at least 400 people to attend this exclusive party.

By making a donation, you are giving the gift of clean water. Your support of this vital advocacy work will help ensure that our local and national water resources remain sustainable far into the future for the human and wildlife populations that depend on it. During this most recent historic drought, with rising concerns over our water resources and the economic and environmental impacts suffered throughout the region, everyone is affected and has a vested interest in protecting these delicate resources. The time to act is now. Demonstrate your interest and support today! Your gift will make a difference now and for generations to come.

Sponsor Information:

Your sponsorship in the “Bella Blu Party” will put you and your business in front of Lake Norman’s and Charlotte’s “A-List” crowd.  To insure that this is the case we have secured the involvement and sponsorship of Leilani Münter(Indy Lights car driver and national environmentalist, www.leilanimunter.com/),local newspapers, magazines, and websites. We’re also being assisted by local promoters with track records of consistently bringing in the large crowds and Celebrities required to make this event a glowing success.  Your products and services will be promoted at the party to all guests which will include:  NASCAR Drivers and Team Owners, Professional Athletes from Charlotte’s professional sports teams, Corporate Executives, and Local Business & Property Owners and many others.

Being that we have a high end clientele and Sponsors, we are very conscience of keeping only the “premier” local and national companies in mind for sponsorship of this event.  If you are being offered a sponsorship opportunity for this party then your company falls into the guidelines set out for sponsors.

These include, but are not limited to the following:

  • The company must cater to our level of clientele
  • The sponsor must have a good reputation in their market
  • The sponsor must offer either services, or products that do not conflict with products and services offered by our Crystal Blu sponsors
  • The sponsor must be implementing, and/or encouraging green (environmentally friendly) policies and practices

The neighborhoods that we will be drawing our core crowd from are THE POINT, The Peninsula, and the Lake Norman Residents.  The homes in these neighborhoods range from $500,000 to $10,000,000.  The Income levels generally range from $100,000 to $40,000,000 per year. These people have expendable income and are used to the finer things in life.  This party is a great opportunity to put your company in the spotlight for one great evening of fun, for a good cause.

We plan to have light food, live music, and complimentary drinks.  The dress will be “casual Blu”.  Guys in Blue shirts and slacks and Ladies in Blue summer dresses.
