Middle Catawba FallsJoin Catawba Riverkeeper's Executive Director Rick Gaskins for the first training session of CRF's Cove and Stream Watcher training will discuss the legal footing of the Clean Water Act and other rules and regulations that help protect our waterways.  Mr. Gaskins will also discuss issues involving trepass and other legal topics.  

This is important and helpful information for anyone involved with community groups to know, so join us from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at Caldwell Community College in Bldg F Room 309.  Refreshments will be provided.

  • Sewage Overflows
  • Failure to control sediment from construction sites
  • Illegal clearing of buffer areas
  • Fish kills 
  • Invasive aquatic species
  • Exceeding Pollution Limits
  • Discharges exceeding allowable limits
  • Unpermitted discharges
  • Other issues that concern you
