Rusty Rozzelle, Water Quality Program Manager for Mecklenburg County, will present “Water, Water Everywhere” which will explain the history of the Catawba River system as well as some threats and future challenges. Rusty is a 30-year veteran of water quality monitoring, enforcement, and development/implementation of watershed management plans.
