9 AM until 12 PM with after party until 3 PM
Join friends, neighbors and co-workers for the annual Clean Up of Lake Wylie.
Volunteer one morning out of the year to care for this beautiful lake and the area’s inlets, creeks and coves.
Just report to one of the following locations by 9 AM and we’ll get you started!
You’ll receive trash bags, work gloves, water, a Riversweep T-shirt and an area to work.
No boat needed to participate, but if you do have a boat, please consider bringing it and being a boat captain.

From 9 AM to 12 noon, the Riverkeeper Barge, donated by Edwards Grading, will travel from the Lake Wylie Dam to Buster Boyd Bridge to collect trash from boats.
After 12 noon, come to Buster Boyd Bridge Access to unload boats, barges and trailers. Then, all registered volunteers enjoy a free lunch. Plus, there will be
5 grand prize drawings, live music and exhibits until 3 PM.
