Enjoy a beautiful kayak tour of Lake James with the Catawba Riverkeeper and Lake James State Park at the old park. Tours begin at 10 AM and 1 PM.

Two Kayak Eco-Tours
We'll have two eco-tours that will give you a wonderful 360-degree view of the beautiful changing leaves! The first tour will begin at 10 AM and the second at 1 PM. To reserve your spot for a tour, please e-mail crf@catawbariverkeeper.org.
BBQ Lunch
Join us for a BBQ fund raiser between our tours! Plates will be $10/ea. and will include a drink and dessert.
To reserve your plate, please go to the Make a Donation section at www.catawbariverkeeper.com or mail a check to our office at 421 Minuet Lane, Suite 205, Charlotte, NC 28217-2784. When making your payment, please note that you are purchasing BBQ.
There will not be a charge for the leaf tour. However, if you should need a kayak, please contact the CRF office as we have a few available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The map may send you to the new park; therefore, please ensure that you use 2775 NC 126, Nebo, NC 28761 when getting driving directions.
