Lake Rhodhiss - After leaving Lake James, the Catawba River arrives at Lake Rhodhiss to the east by meandering through the Carolina countryside for some 20 miles. With five public boat ramps, one marina and one fishing access area the approximately 3,060 surface acres of water at Rhodhiss supplies drinking water to several communities including Granite Falls, Lenoir, Morgantown and Valdese, North Carolina.
