DESCRIPTION:CRF is offering a 4-session class on how ordinary citizens
  can help enforce the erosion and sedimentation control rules. The nex
 t class will begin on August 11 at 6\:30 p.m. and continue each Tuesda
 y for the next four weeks.  There will be opportunities once a week to
  make a visit to a construction site with a sedimentation expert.  The
  class will be held at Concord Fire Station #9 on Poplar Tent Church R
