A boat? Check. Food and wine? Check. Live music and philanthropy? Check. The Catawba Riverkeeper Foundation will have all of these things at our Dinner Cruise on July 12, 2019! Join our executive staff, government officials, and other philanthropists for a night on Lake Hickory Adventure’s 60′ Bluewater Yacht.
Hors d’oeuvres will be provided by Duke’s Resturant & Wine Bar (courtesy of Market on Main) and wine, champagne, and spirits will be supplied by a number of local vintners and distillers. The cocktail reception will also feature live music and remarks by CRF executives and government leaders.
This event is an excellent opportunity to mingle and help improve the water quality of the Catawba River. Attendees can do this by participating in our onboard charitable auction, which will feature a private kayak adventure with our Riverkeeper Brandon Jones, a private charter aboard the yacht, gift baskets, and other items. All the proceeds will benefit the Catawba Riverkeeper Foundation and help us protect and preserve the Catawba-Wateree River for generations to come.
The cruise begins at 6 p.m. on July 12 (30 minutes before the boat’s departure time) and will last until 9 p.m. Tickets are $100 for members and $150 for non-members. The non-member ticket price includes a one-year membership with the Catawba Riverkeeper Foundation. Book your seats now; seating is limited! We can’t wait to see you on the water!
