Catawba Riverkeeper is calling for volunteers to help us plant a pollinator garden at the Outdoor Classroom (Fort Lawn, SC) on Earth Day.

Together, we will create a pollinator garden with shrubs, seed mix and by relocating current plants on property to the garden area.

Date: Thursday, April 22 (Earth Day)
Time: 9 AM – 12 PM
Location: 6155 Hwy 9 Fort Lawn, SC 29714 (at the Hwy 9 Bridge separating Lancaster and Chester Counties)

What to Wear & Bring

Wear work gloves, closed-toed, lace-up boots, and a mask. Bring a full water bottle. Tools will be provided but feel free to bring your own as well.

Parking & Restrooms

Parking on top of hill. Restrooms are not available on site, but the Catawba Fish Camp will allow use of their restrooms after 11 AM (when they open).
