May 2nd, 2026 | 11:00 AM - 3:30 PM | 102 Main Street, McAdenville, NC
$250 Vendor Fee | 10x10' Vendor Space
RiverFest is Catawba Riverkeeper's celebration of the Catawba River--which provides drinking water, electricity, and recreation opportunities for millions of people throughout the Carolinas--and we hope you'll join us in the fun! This year, RiverFest will be held on Saturday, May 2nd, outside 102 Main Street in McAdenville, NC. It will feature live music, food trucks, local beer, kids' activities, a vendor village, and a floating concert.
We would love for your business or organization to participate in our vendor village by tabling and providing a fun way to engage with the 2,000+ people we expect to attend throughout the day.
If you are interested in participating in this event, please fill out this brief application and I will be in touch shortly with more information on securing your spot. The participation fee for RiverFest vendors is $250. Participants will have a 10 x10 ft. space and are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, and materials. The vendor village will be open from 11 AM - 3:30 PM, and we ask that all participants plan to stay for the full time.
We also ask that participants incorporate an engaging activity into their tabling set-up to help foster a fun and interactive environment in the vendor village.
*Please note that we are NOT accepting food vendors through this application.*
