The full moon’s glow has always captivated mankind with its spiritualism and beauty, all the while influencing the very waters we strive to keep clean. From its strong grasp on our tides to its effect on our river’s resident plants and animals, the moon has a great connection to our waters, just as we know you do!

Add some moonlight to your weeknight with Catawba Riverkeeper’s Full Moon Paddle Series. Throughout the months of June-September, we will host group paddles accompanied by mystical spooky stories, enchanting folklore, exciting tales of full moon rituals, and a captivating look into our animals of the night!

You can rent a kayak and accompanying gear or bring your own! If you bring your own, we allow kayaks, canoes, or stand-up paddleboards.
